Georgina Wilson OBE has spent over a decade at the intersection of corporate ambition and community reality, building tools and platforms to change who gets access to opportunity. She focuses on what people do once they are in the room. She is the founder and CEO of BUD Leaders, a UK social enterprise championing Black and Global Majority women-led SMEs to grow, win work, and build lasting economic power. Through BUD Leaders she has supported hundreds of founders, partnered with leading corporates and funders, and moved significant capital into businesses too often overlooked by traditional finance. She is also the founder of Black Fearless Female (BFF): a brand, a philosophy, and a growing community for women building wealth and worth without waiting for permission. The BFF Coach, trained on her method and powered by AI, brings the BFF tools into the daily lives of women everywhere. In autumn 2026 her debut novel, The Diary of an Ally and a 'Diverse' Business, will be published. A work of literary fiction set in the corporate world, it tells the story of two diaries: one belonging to an ally trying to do the right thing, one to a founder navigating a system not built for her. Wit, warmth, and the messy human truth about power, proximity and what it costs to shift a system. In 2026 Georgina was awarded an OBE for services to social enterprise.
